Questions before your first meetup

Is it free?

Yes. There is no entry fee and no membership. You pay for whatever you drink.

Do I need an account?

No. Leave your name and email on the meetup page and your place is saved. An account only helps if you want to manage several meetups or hide your name.

Can I come alone?

That is the normal way to arrive. Most people at a first meetup come alone.

Where exactly is it?

The venue is on the meetup page. If it is not confirmed yet, it is announced in the WhatsApp group 48 hours before.

What if the meetup is full?

You join the waiting list and we write to you first if a place opens.

Is it only for expats?

No. Expats, repats and Romanians who like meeting people from elsewhere. The common language is English.

Will my name be public?

No. The public site shows only a count of people going. Your email is visible only to the organizer of that meetup. In your profile you can also appear as Member.

Which cities?

Bucharest runs every other Wednesday. Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Brasov are next; if you want to host one, see the organize page.
